I vary my activity based on my mood. Just this morning, I work out a sweat by dancing with Just Dance on my Switch. And last weekend, I workout by running on a TRAX Threadmill
Hey, I don’t say I’m fit already. I am still far from that. I am overweight for my height, still has double chin, got broad shoulders, got bulky arms and thighs.
I am still on a weight loss journey.
But the difference between now and the past me is I start to do something everyday, rather than doing none at all. Rather than just keeping it inside my head and overthink, I take action.
I may be right or wrong on the physical activity I choose but I make sure I reflect on it, change, and move forward.
